If you absolutely must pass through for transport, do it only during busy daylight hours with minimal valuables and a clear plan of where you're going. Local residents and taxi drivers will warn you against spending any time here. The safety difference between this area and the rest of Buenos Aires is huge - avoid staying here or hanging around for any reason. Look for alternative transport options whenever possible.
