Spring Hill is good for budget travelers who want safe, affordable accommodation with excellent transport to the CBD and other areas. Not much happening locally, but practical if you prioritize convenience and value.

Spring Hill is mainly useful for budget accommodation near transport connections, but there's not much else going on. It's safe enough because of the train and bus stations nearby, which means regular police presence and decent security. Roma Street Parkland is nice for a walk if you need some green space, and the old baths are kind of interesting if you're into that sort of thing. But honestly, it's pretty quiet with mostly apartments and backpacker hostels. Limited dining options, so you'll be traveling elsewhere for decent food and entertainment. The main advantage is cheap, safe accommodation with good transport links to get to the interesting parts of Brisbane. If you're on a budget and just need somewhere to sleep between exploring, it does the job. Just don't expect much local action.
