Details

Miraflores is a residential area around the Hernando Siles Olympic Stadium. People come for football matches or to walk in the Central Urban Park, but there isn't much for tourists otherwise. You'll see families in the parks during the day and early evening. Not many cafes, restaurants, or things to do at night. English is rare unless there's an international sporting event. The area quiets down after dark when residents go inside. It's safe but there's no real reason to stay here - you'll go elsewhere for food and activities.
