The upscale district. Safe, quiet, expensive. G.Vino for natural wine. Far from main attractions - you'll commute to sightseeing. Good if you want a quiet residential feel and don't mind paying more.
Residential area with Tbilisi's coffee scene. Good for remote workers and longer stays. Quiet at night with not much nightlife - you'll go to other areas for that. Safe and walkable, about 15 minutes from the Old Town.
Central area along Rustaveli Avenue with museums, Opera House, and the funicular to the park. Walking distance to most areas. The main avenue is busy and safe; side streets going up the hill are quieter. Steep terrain.
