Gets packed from aperitivo hour (6-9pm) through midnight and beyond on weekends. Young professionals, students, expats, tourists - international crowd where eating or drinking alone is normal. Staff speak English. Streets stay lit and busy until 2am on weekends with police around. A flea market runs the last Sunday of each month. After 2am when bars close, take a taxi rather than walking the side streets. You'll hear some catcalling late at night when people are drunk.
