Doctores sits right next to Roma Norte, which can be confusing because you might accidentally wander over here thinking it's the same safe area. It's not. The vibe changes immediately once you cross the boundary - fewer people around, dimmer lighting, shops that close early. The area around the main hospital is okay during the day, but the side streets get sketchy pretty fast, especially at night. It's easy to end up here by accident when you're walking around Roma Norte, so keep an eye on where you are. If you realize you've crossed over, just grab an Uber back to the safer neighborhoods. Not worth the risk to explore on foot.
