Parque das Nações is one of Lisbon's safest and most modern neighborhoods, ideal for solo female travelers. This purpose-built area from Expo '98 has excellent security, modern infrastructure, and wide, well-lit walkways perfect for solo exploration. The Oceanarium is a fantastic solo activity, and the shopping center provides air-conditioned comfort with plenty of dining options.
